However, as the property owner, you remain ultimately responsible for regulatory compliance and tax obligations.
How much upfront cost is required? +
Apart from furniture/supplies (if needed), there is a one-time $1,000 setup fee which may be waived if you pay commission on time during your first 12 months. The setup fee covers initial staging planning, photography coordination, marketing plan, and consultation. If you choose Option B (SereneHost purchases & sets up), you'll pay for those items plus our markup, but no separate setup fee.
